1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FP26, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you agree to these Terms, and you agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About FP26
FP26 is an unofficial fan-made football prediction platform that allows users to predict football match results, participate in private leagues, compare scores with friends, and view tournament information. FP26 is provided solely for entertainment purposes and is not affiliated with FIFA. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. No Gambling
FP26 does not offer real-money betting, gambling services, cash prizes, or financial rewards. Predictions and points are virtual and for entertainment only. Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding prediction games and online services.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and ensuring information provided is accurate. You may not impersonate others, create abusive usernames, exploit the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or manipulate leaderboards or scoring systems. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.
5. Private Leagues
Users may create and join private leagues. League administrators may invite or remove members, customize league descriptions, and manage league participation. FP26 is not responsible for disputes between users, league-related agreements, or external wagers or arrangements created privately between users.
6. Data Accuracy
Match information, schedules, standings, and related football data may be provided by third-party providers including football-data.org. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, real-time availability, or uninterrupted service. Match data may occasionally be delayed or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property
FP26 branding, interface design, graphics, and original content are protected intellectual property of the Platform owner. FP26 does not claim ownership over football team names, tournament names, or trademarks belonging to third parties. All third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
8. Unofficial Fan Project
FP26 is an independent fan-made project. It is not official, sponsored, endorsed, or licensed by FIFA or any football federation. The Platform uses publicly available football information for informational and entertainment purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
FP26 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, lost predictions, account issues, league disputes, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove content, restrict access, or terminate services at our discretion if users violate these Terms or abuse the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of FP26 after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
